H!PCAL Media Factory는 주식회사 힙컬이 자사 유튜브 채널에 직접 제작한 영상을 올리기 위해 쓰는 내부 도구입니다.

1. 이용하는 정보

Google 계정 로그인 시 YouTube 채널 확인(youtube.readonly)과 영상 업로드(youtube.upload) 권한만 요청합니다. 이름, 연락처, 시청 기록 등 다른 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

권한은 회사가 운영하는 채널에 회사가 만든 영상을 올리고, 올린 채널이 맞는지 확인하는 데에만 씁니다.

3. 보관과 보호

발급된 인증 토큰은 회사 업무용 PC에 암호화해 보관하며, 외부 서버로 보내거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 철회

Google 계정 설정의 '타사 앱 및 서비스'에서 언제든 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다. 해제하면 보관 중인 토큰은 더 이상 쓸 수 없습니다.

H!PCAL Media Factory is an internal tool used by HIPCAL INC. to upload videos produced by the company to the company's own YouTube channel.

Data accessed. When signing in with a Google account, the tool requests only two scopes: youtube.readonly (to confirm the channel) and youtube.upload (to upload videos). No other personal data, such as names, contact details or watch history, is collected.

Use. These permissions are used solely to upload the company's videos to the company's channel and to confirm the correct channel was used.

Storage and sharing. Issued access tokens are stored encrypted on a company work PC. They are not sent to external servers or shared with any third party.

Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time under "Third-party apps & services" in Google Account settings. Once revoked, stored tokens can no longer be used.
